24 BUCKETS, 7 MICE, 18 YEARS (24 Găleți, 7 Șoareci, 18 Ani), the first medium length documentary of Marius Iacob, produced by MANEKINO FILM will be world premiered in the Medium Length Competition of VISION DU REEL International Documentary Film Festival Switzerland ( 20-27 April 2012).

A unique way of life that repeats itself every day, slowly transformed Imre and Piroska in some museum exhibits. In a quiet and isolated world we meet a couple whose existence begins to depend on the interaction with a different world and the absurd within. Their line of work turned them into a sort of local attraction, and vacationing foreigners are brought to see “the bears” and photograph themselves with them. Their life stands still, like in a museum diorama, from wich they are trying to break through.
